Delonghi is a very popular maker of all sorts of electrical appliances, including both Delonghi dehumidifiers and humidifiers. If you prefer not to have to empty your dehumidifier frequently you should look for a dehumidifier with pump, which can pump the collected condensate directly into a drain or nearby sink. The DE400 has this feature, as do many other models in the range.
Like many other domestic level dehumidifiers the Delonghi range have a lifespan of around 5-7 years if they are looked after properly.
